The Culinary Arts
Charles has studied the culinary arts for many years and he and his wife enjoy hosting dinner parties at their home with friends and family. Although he cooks from a wide range of cuisines, for some time Charles has focused on healthy cooking from chefs such as Amelia Freer, Rachel De Thample, Nancy Harmon Jenkins and Ali Maffucci. However, periodically Charles has a relapse and goes back to his favorite chef, Emeril Lagasse (Can anyone one say Chili Pepper Lobster over Saffron Linguine?).
