INTERESTS

Through his long and successful career in voice stress analysis, Charles has also become an accomplished musician with a large collection of rare guitars. Among two of the most prized in his collection are:

  • – A Martin Custom Shop OM 42, one of only 30 ever made
  • – A Gibson ES 335 on which Eric Clapton played Crossroads

Charles has recorded several albums over the years, mostly of covers.

The Culinary Arts

Charles has studied the culinary arts for many years and he and his wife enjoy hosting dinner parties at their home with friends and family. Although he cooks from a wide range of cuisines, for some time Charles has focused on healthy cooking from chefs such as Amelia Freer, Rachel De Thample, Nancy Harmon Jenkins and Ali Maffucci. However, periodically Charles has a relapse and goes back to his favorite chef, Emeril Lagasse (Can anyone one say Chili Pepper Lobster over Saffron Linguine?).

Although Charles is retired and living with his wife in Miami Beach, FL, he remains a moving force behind the voice biometrics technology. Charles also owns several other companies that develop voice-based technologies for the federal government.
A seasoned helicopter pilot, Charles has 1,500 hours as PIC (pilot-in-command).
